Our Inspiration, as soon as we are asked about it we usually think of famous personalities who have achieved great things in life and we all want to reach where they are now. I am no exception to this, but this post is a little different. Its about my cute cartoon friends with whom i grew up, and indeed they inspired me a lot, Taught me to live life my way and many more things....
1990s, the days of nice, intelligent, inspiring cartoons would definitely never return. The quality of cartoons today is not even 1% of what we had in our childhood. All that the kids these days are learning is mocking others, using foul language, and all those things that they are not supposed to learn at their age. Numerous were the characters and each one had a different lesson to teach....
Let me begin with Jasmine...my favorite...the dusky princess...free-spirited, the rebellious princess. Dusky complexion, big brown eyes and long black hair tied in a pony tail. She was clever and longed for freedom that she didn't have as a princess until she met Aladdin. She could fight huge, strong men, pole vault across a rooftop.
She taught me to remain all girly, along with being brave, courageous enough to take risks.
Second of my list is Bubbles, The chirpy little blue girl of the three famous little girls of nineties. The baby of the group, at times loud, too innocent but very optimistic and always happy!!
Scooby doo: Taught me never to be afraid of accepting that you are afraid...and face your fear no matter what, even if it is for a Scooby-Snack ;)
Tom and Jerry: Taught me the meaning of "I hate you coz i love you" Kind of relationship... They taught me that there will be people in your life with whom you'll fight day and night, never agree on any point but cant stay away either, so treasure them, even if it just for the sake of fighting endlessly life long...
Chip and dale: Taught me that size doesn't matter. You don't need to be huge to do great things and have fun in life.
Dexter and dee dee: Not very different from Tom and jerry, Its the typical brother sister relationship...Dexter hates dee dee as she spoils his experiments but they can never stay away from each other for long.
Samurai Jack: Every time he almost reached his goal was sent away from that goal by the demon Aku. He taught me to try and try till I succeeded, considering each failure as a lesson.
Richie rich: Friends are important, money and status doesn't matter in friendship.....he may be the owner of the rich mansion but is modest and helpful. He taught me not to be proud of anything that you have as biggest wealth is not money but good relations.
Bugs Bunny: Smart bunny, always tension free, cool and very active. Some people might call him disrespectful, sarcastic, rude. This super star of looney toones is considered to be the most intelligent of all the cartoon characters. Taught me to do smart work, that no experience is wasted, know when to act, rise to the challenge. (I guess i still learn to apply these lessons in my life)
There are many more, will add them here when i recall....it has been a long time since i watched some good cartoon hence i have left out many characters.
